DRISHTI BEATS · POLICIES
Enrollment and Access Terms
Clear information. A shared understanding.
Effective 15 October 2026. Existing purchase agreements and more favorable promises are preserved.
1. Who provides your training
Drishti Beats LLC provides the training and services described here. Operating address: 7700 Gunston Plaza, Lorton, VA 22079, United States. Legal and company-registration address: 13914 Greendale Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22191, United States. “Drishti Beats” means Drishti Beats LLC in these Terms. Contact: hello@drishtibeats.com or https://www.drishtibeats.com/contact/ .
These Terms describe enrollment, learning access and permitted use of our services. The Refunds, Cancellations and Payment Plans policy explains payment and refund rules; the Student Charter explains participation, assessment, support and complaints. The Privacy and Cookie policies explain information practices.
2. Your course and your agreement
For all products, including online training and courses, merchandise, retreats, festivals and events, request a full refund within seven days of registration (purchase for merchandise). A request within that window means a full refund of all amounts paid and cancellation of all remaining scheduled payments. Contact hello@drishtibeats.com or use https://www.drishtibeats.com/contact/ to request it. The seven-day window is based on when the request is made, not when the team approves or processes it. It begins at registration, or at purchase for merchandise, even if study or the event starts later. This voluntary guarantee is additional to applicable statutory rights and does not reduce any earlier customer or student promise.
Customers must return shipped merchandise and pay the return postage, except where applicable consumer law requires Drishti Beats to cover it. Before returning shipped merchandise, contact hello@drishtibeats.com first so the team can provide the correct return address and instructions. A refund request made within the seven-day window remains timely while you wait for those instructions. This contact-first process does not add discretionary approval, restart the window or change the date the refund request was made.
Dispatch returned merchandise within 14 calendar days after receiving the team’s return instructions. The team aims to initiate refunds within five business days of the request; this is an operational aim, not a guarantee of when your bank or payment provider will credit the funds. Any shorter timing or stronger remedy required by applicable law remains available. A timely request remains timely while you wait for return instructions; no new approval-date cutoff, deduction or refund-hold-until-return condition is added. If Drishti Beats cancels or materially reschedules an event, you may choose a full refund or an optional transfer agreed with the team. A transfer or credit is not compulsory. This is additional to the approved seven-day guarantee, applicable mandatory rights and any more favorable terms already supplied with your booking.
Read the description, curriculum, equipment needs, assessment and award information for your chosen course before you enroll. Keep your enrollment confirmation and the terms supplied at purchase. We will not use this refresh to reduce an existing student's agreed access or refund rights.
The minimum enrollment age is 14. Students aged 14–17 require parental or guardian consent. Students aged 14–17 must contact the Drishti Beats team before enrolling, at hello@drishtibeats.com or through the contact page, to arrange parental or guardian consent. “Anyone may enroll” in Pilates describes prior qualifications, subject to these age and consent arrangements.
Course availability is shown at enrollment. Pilates registration is currently closed; displaying tuition does not open registration.
3. Learning and qualifications
Yoga teacher training: complete the requirements described for the specific program. Yoga programs include course-specific study and teaching practice reviewed by mentors. Follow the requirements supplied for your program.
Pilates Reformer: anyone may enroll without a prior teaching qualification, subject to the age-14 minimum and ages-14–17 guardian-consent rule above. Arrange access to a suitable Reformer; equipment is not included. New learners should obtain equipment orientation and guided practice with a qualified instructor alongside online study. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the machine you use.
Pilates course completion requires passing all five automatically checked knowledge reviews with every answer correct. Feedback and retries are available. The school team manually emails a personalized training certificate. There is no separate written examination or live practical assessment. This certificate records course completion; it is not an independent assessment of hands-on teaching skills and does not award a Yoga Alliance RYT credential. Confirm studio, employer or insurer requirements for your intended work.
No course title alone establishes a professional license, clinical authority, accreditation or employment entitlement.
4. Access and support
Mentor support is currently included, including after graduation. Lifetime access to course content is separate from ongoing human support; this statement does not promise free lifetime mentoring.
Yoga training includes lifetime access to its lessons, masterclasses and resources, including after graduation, with no deadline for self-paced study. Pilates includes lifetime training access and future updates to its curriculum, Studio Lab and Studio Library. During the Pilates installment plan, payments must remain current; lifetime access continues once all four installments are paid.
Lifetime access includes all future updates to the curriculum in which you enrolled. If the delivery platform changes, Drishti Beats will preserve your access to that curriculum. This promise does not automatically include every future separately offered course. The school’s commitment to lifetime curriculum access remains in place; no particular replacement platform or downloadable format is promised here.
Pilates support includes community, platform chat, direct email to mentors and a one-to-one Zoom call when needed. No unlimited calls or response time is promised. Yoga FAQ currently describes weekly mentor Zoom calls, personal video feedback and one-to-one support; .
Access depends on compatible equipment and an internet connection. Tell us about an access problem; see the Charter for accessibility requests. Internet services can experience interruptions.
5. Your account and learning materials
Use your own account and keep login details secure. Contact the school if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access another person's account, disrupt the service or overload its infrastructure.
School videos, manuals, music and other materials are owned or licensed by Drishti Beats. Enrollment gives a personal, non-transferable learning license. Do not share account access, redistribute or sell course files, or publish protected material without permission.
Student submissions are addressed in the Charter. Do not treat the school's ownership of course materials as ownership of everything a student creates.
6. Safe practice and scope
Learning involves movement and equipment. Use appropriate space and equipment, follow safety guidance, and stop an activity if it is unsafe or causes concerning symptoms. Seek suitably qualified guidance when needed. The Pilates course is movement education, not rehabilitation, medical care or physical therapy.
7. Concerns, interruptions and changes
Use the Charter's support and complaint routes. For privacy, refunds, accessibility, academic questions, complaints and appeals, contact hello@drishtibeats.com. The Drishti Beats team handles these matters together. If a concern involves a team member, say so in your message and ask the team to arrange another team member’s review. This is a shared team inbox, not a separate independent or confidential reporting service.
We will identify the version and effective date of approved changes and explain material changes.
8. Applicable law and consumer rights
Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
