Self-paced does not mean unsupported. Lori, Jeremy, and the Drishti Beats mentors remain connected with you as your knowledge, confidence, and teaching voice begin to grow.
You will study and practice in your own time, submit videos of yourself teaching, and receive personal feedback before moving forward. Your mentors follow your progress and understand where you are in the journey.

- Which training should I choose?
- Choose the 200-hour if you do not yet hold a yoga teaching certificate. Choose the 300-hour if you have already completed a qualifying 200-hour training. Choose the 500-hour if you want to begin with the foundation and continue through the complete advanced path.
- Can I enroll now and begin later?
- Yes. Enrolling secures the Onelife instructor tuition shown on this page and gives you access to your training. You can begin when you are ready and create a schedule around the classes you teach and the rest of your life.
- Does my training access expire?
- No. Every training on this page includes lifetime access. You can move at your own pace and return to the lectures, masterclasses, and curriculum whenever you need them.
- What if I cannot attend every weekly call?
- We encourage you to join whenever you can, but we understand that not every time will work. You can continue moving through the on-demand curriculum and stay connected through your mentors and the other support available to you.
- How does Yoga Alliance registration work?
- After completing the 200-hour training, graduates may apply to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200. A qualifying 200-hour certificate followed by the 300-hour program creates the educational path toward RYT 500 registration. Yoga Alliance registration is a separate process and remains subject to its requirements.
- Who may use the Onelife tuition?
