Now that the Summer Solstice is behind us, we begin a new journey toward the Winter Solstice. We have crossed the threshold of the longest day of the year and now move gradually toward the shortest. The energy of the Summer Solstice invites us to take all that has been illuminated within us and begin the quiet work of embodying it. The light we experienced externally now asks to become an inner light through our daily choices, our practices, and our willingness to continue showing up for ourselves. Wherever you are in your yoga teacher training journey now it’s time to reflect upon your shift, change, and evolution to embrace the experience more fully.
