The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course will include the following:

Taking and teaching Vinyasa Flow Classes. Each day trainees will engage in a full-on morning vinyasa flow class, with our outstanding staff of instructors, that will enhance your yoga knowledge, poses, and flows. Our morning classes will be a great way to set the state for an exciting day of learning ahead.

Meditation. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views on the meditation deck every morning with a meditation session. Learn various meditation techniques throughout the training and create the habit of daily meditation to take home with you and practice forever.

Yoga Philosophy and History. Dive deep into yoga philosophy and historical perspectives in our fun and engaging learning environment.

Anatomy and physiology. An in-depth learning experience on the anatomy of the body and its relation to yoga poses. Having a better understanding of anatomy will enhance your teaching ability.

Pranayama. Learn about the breath and various forms of breathing we use in yoga.

Assisting. Through the training, trainees will learn hands on assisting of students. Learn how “to see” your students and provide proper verbal and hands on assists and coaching.

Coaching. Learn the skills to become a fabulous yoga teacher, coach, and leader. Learn inclusive language techniques to ensure successful experiences for all participants.

Music. Work one on one with our dj/producer to create the playlists and music mixes that are best for you and your classes. This portion of the training is a game changer as you will understand how music works, how to create amazing playlists, and heighten the experience of your students, with your music choices, as well as the flow of your music.

Inversions.  An in-depth training on the “how to” of getting upside down. Learning safety in coaching, assisting, and executing inversion through our fun “inversion” workshops.

Sequencing. Understand sequencing a class for success to include proper preparation moving through poses, as well as, prepping to introduce peak poses. Build your library of beautiful flows.

Mantras, Mudras, Dharma, and Kriyas.  Take a deep dive into these aspects of yoga and walk away with a full journal of ideas to include in your classes. This will further educate and motivate your students, as well as yourself.

Yoga Nidra.  Experience this yogic sleep practice that is an immensely powerful meditation technique.

The business of Yoga. Learn from the most experienced fitness and yoga studio owners in the industry. Our trainers will take you through a complete guide from finding a yoga space all the way to your opening and sustaining a successful yoga studio.

Restorative Yoga.  Experience the slowing down and opening of your body through passive stretching.

Yin Yoga.  Experience this slow-paced style of yoga by holding poses for longer periods of time.

Sound Healing.  Journey into the power of musical frequencies and tones for mental and spiritual healing with vocal guidance.

Rocket Yoga. Learn how Rocket yoga is designed to make the physically demanding Ashtanga Yoga more accessible. It breaks down the rigidity of the classical Ashtanga practice in a fun energizing and successful way.

Shared Resort Room Deposit

  • Cost per person is $4850. Pay in full, or select an installment plan that works for you interest-free. The all-inclusive cost is per person in a shared room option. Share a room with a friend who is taking the training or we will assign a roommate for you. Limited spaces.

Single Resort Room Deposit

  • Cost per person is $6110. Pay in full, or select an installment plan that works for you interest-free. The all-inclusive cost is for one person. No additional cost for the 2nd person who is non partaking. Meals and activities are not included in the non partaking individual. Limited spaces.

Couples Resort Room Deposit

  • Cost per couple is $12,220. Pay in full, or select an installment plan that works for you interest-free. This all-inclusive cost is for 2 people taking the training and wish to share a Queen room. Limited spaces.

Resort rooms are designed as a home base with all the luxuries you need to kick start your Balinese Drishti beats Teacher Training. Each room features a choice of a queen bed (in the single and couple options) or two single beds (in the shared room option), a private ensuite with shower, high-speed Wi-Fi internet available, with inter-connecting rooms also available upon request. Drishti Beats resort room guests have all day access to the Beach Club and all of the facilities it offers.

Shared Resort room option. This option is for a shared room for two people with two single beds. You can come with a friend or room with another trainee. We will match and room trainees together, if needed. The all-inclusive cost is $4850 per person. This includes the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, three meals per day, accommodations, welcome dinner, welcome package, student manual, and activities.

Single Resort room option. This option is for a single room with queen bed. Trainees who would like to bring a friend or spouse, who is not taking the training , may stay in the room but will be charged for all activities and meals and not be able to engage in any of the 200-hour teacher training course. The all-inclusive cost is $6110 per person, and there is no additional cost for the 2nd person, who is non-partaking, except for activities and meals.

Couples who want to share a queen Resort room and both do the training, the all-inclusive cost will be $12,220. This includes the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course, three meals per day, accommodations, welcome dinner, welcome package, student manual,and activities.

Transfers to and from the airport are $35.00 each way. Airline travel plans must be sent to us one month in advance in order to make the transfer arrangements for you.

Spa services, activities, day trips, and other options will be available to choose from, as well as, upgrades to higher end rooms, should you so choose. These may be accommodated directly through the hotel.

Cancellation policy. 6 months out full refund. 5 months out 80% refund. 4 months out 60% refund. 3 months out 50% refund Two months out 30% refund. One month out no refund but may re book for another training.


How do I get to Bali? The airport to fly into is Denpasar, Bali. (DPS). It’s super easy but very long so get ready for an adventure. Flights can be found for as low as $900. Flights can also be found with one stop from the US. The earlier you shop the more you will find. You must leave two days in advance in order to arrive on the 30th of September and Training begins promptly in the morning on the 1st. If you are coming from the US you must depart on the 28th of September because you will lose one day. As long as you arrive in Bali on the 30th of September you are fine. Departures may begin on the 21st at 11am. There will be a final ceremony the morning of the 21st.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel? Once you have booked the training the hotel can arrange pick up for you for $35.00 per person. Simply email the hotel directly and they can arrange your pick-up —
When you come out of customs a driver will be holding a poster with your name. It may take some time to find your driver as there are many pick-ups at the airport, but he will be there. Be patient and take your time in finding your driver.

What will the weather be like? It will be hot and humid. All areas of practice are shaded and some areas for practice are air conditioned. The fitness center is air conditioned as well. The weather is beautiful and very tropical but may take some time to acclimate if you are not used to humidity. The resort is on the water and the breeze is lovely. It is not buggy.

What are the rooms like? All rooms are air conditioned and very comfortable with fantastic bedding, sheets and pillows. Beautiful and roomy showers and sink areas and plenty of room to hang clothes and store suitcases. All rooms are priced in the garden courtyard area and are fantastic. If you want to upgrade to an ocean view with deck and pool right in front of your room facing the ocean that option is an extra cost and you must e mail the Komune Resort to request a upgrade. If you want to upgrade do it immediately as these rooms, go fast. You will not spend a lot of time in your room and the beachfront pool and dining area gives you plenty of ocean view time. What do I bring? It is very, very casual. Yoga clothes, shorts, tops and t shirts, sandals, sneakers, and all very light clothing. Sundresses and loose clothing are recommended for comfort. You will not need a jacket but always good to have a sweater especially for your travel. Bring a couple of bathing suits. Towels, soap and body lotion will be provided and all yoga gear but best to have your own mat. Be sure to pack sunscreen. You do not need any kind of special wall plug or converter. All of your phone and computer plugs will work at the resort. And the wifi is great. If you surf, the surf is excellent here. You may want to bring your own board if surfing is a priority. Keep your clothing simple. You can handwash and hang your clothes after practice.

What about the food? The options are huge and plenty of vegan plant-based options. You can get just about anything here. Be patient with the menu and take a few days to try some things until you find your favorites. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included in the cost of the training. All rooms have small refrigerators with snacks at a cost. Coffee is everywhere to buy on the resort as well. There is not a coffee maker in the room but there is a pot to warm water and teas and coffee in the room. The resort has two restaurants, one near the beach and one where the gym and main yoga practice (Shala) is located.

Day trips and amenities: There will be many day trips and excursions to choose from for the couple days off. There is also a spa for full services as well as a lovely clothing boutique. You may book services once you arrive.

Time difference: It is 13 hours difference from the East Coast, USA. Bali is 13 hours ahead. So if it is 7pm at night on Oct 1st in Bali it is 6am in the morning on Oct 1st.
